Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the most advanced CNC turning/lathe machines that can perform a number of in-demand processes such as precision turning, internal and external thread cutting, and tapping. Four different chuck capacities include 8”, 10”, 12”, and 15” with a spindle capacity up to 4.5”.
These machining systems are ideal for working with many commercially available plastic, rubber and metal substrates, including precious and heat resistant alloys. Our equipment can also provide highly accurate turning diameters and turning lengths, making our services ideal for equipment used in the aerospace, biotech, electronic, packaging, and medical industries.
We encourage visitors to tour our facilities and see all that our 24,000 square foot facility offers. Every project from 1 to 1,000 pieces is performed to the highest quality in our AS 9100, Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
